With some exceptions, no one else in Greenburgh seems to care about what goes on; some are getting fat off of his largesse and the rest are asleep. The really scary thought is that the current issues may only be the tip of the proverbial iceberg (how about the recent admissions about the water district). Further the ECC should be calling for the creation of representative districts in the town as opposed to election of town council members at large.
