He was measured by the police as having a BAC of .24. This is 3 times the legal limit to drive. He likely had 8 or 9 drinks and we released him on $250 dollars bail. That drunk (as measured by the police) should put him in the county jail - he was putting us in more danger than waving a loaded gun.
