"Learning About Women's Health," a program focusing on breast density and menopause, will be held at the Scarsdale Public Library on Monday, March 20, at 7 p.m. and again on Thursday, March 30, at noon. Registration is required for either session at the library website, scarsdalelibrary.org.
Dr. Jiyon Lee, MD, Clinical Associate Professor of Radiology at NYU School of Medicine, will discuss "Breast density: how mammography and ultrasound screening fit together-- for most of us."
Dr. Paula Randolph, MD, Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Columbia University Medical Center, will talk about "Menopause: the transition and great beyond."
This will be an informative, illustrated and lively program that will advance understanding of the two issues.
